Migraine headache is a risk factor for stroke in both men and women. The risk is higher in people who have migraines that occur with aura.People with migraines should avoid other risk factors for stroke.
Triggers do not always cause migraines and avoiding triggers does not always prevent migraines.
So, before being too late consult your doctor.

- Foods containing tyramine(smoked fish, aged cheese, red wine, chicken livers, figs and some beans)
- Other foods such as dairy products, banana, avocado, nuts, peanut butter, chocolates, citrus, onions, and fermented and pickled foods.
